YouView On Demand Content
As you’re probably aware, YouView combines Freeview and on-demand content, but just what on-demand content is available?
Here’s a summary of the content that’s currently available:
- BBC iPlayer
- ITV Player
- 4oD from Channel 4
- Demand 5 – From Channel 5
- NOW TV – Blockbuster movie service from Sky TV
- Milkshake – Kids TV from Channel 5
- BT Vision (Only available to BT customers)
- TalkTalk Player (For TalkTalk customers only)
Some services are free (such as the TV catch-up services), some are available through your broadband provider as part of a subscription, and some are available on a pay-to-view or subscription basis.
How to get to this content
The various on-demand services are available from the On Demand > Players screen on a YouView box:

when subscribe appears on the screen can I pay and watch the film as a one off and not have to pay the monthly £8-99. If so do I need to have a user name and password.
